It is an incredible honor to open Charles and Beth Williams Elementary and serve as your principal in our very first year. Starting a new school is something special - and we have a unique opportunity to build a place where every child feels known, valued, and inspired to learn.

Education has been my life’s work for 27 years, serving as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. Each role has reinforced what matters most: strong relationships, high expectations, and a deep belief in every child’s potential.

My family and I are proud to call this community home. My husband, Chad, teaches and coaches at VAHS, and our son, Graham, is a senior this year. You’ll often find us at the ball field or out walking our dog, Bigsby.
